These categories cannot be returned:
(a) Items which have been already used.
(b) Goods once confirmed Received as per specification.
(c) 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
(d) Goods damaged while transporation or in unloading.
(e) If the item you purchased is not in the same condition as you received it.
Refund Policy:
We will send an email to notify you about the order processing at PaperEkart. If the stock is available, we will notify you within 24 hours. And if the stock is not available, you will get the refund of the order within 72 hours.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Check your bank account first if you haven’t received a refund.
Now contact your Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
