1.Sustainable Automated Palletizing Solution using AdhesivePalletizing adhesive solution reduces or eliminates plastic based stretch film, using hot melt & pressure sensitive adhesive technique palletizing solution increases the efficiency and sustainability along the chain value. Enables cases to be stacked and remain stable during stacking and transportation. Effectively securing packages to the pallet, improving safety, reducing packaging waste and lowering overall costs.

2. Stretch Wrap Paper for Palletizing: It’s a recyclable lightweight paper by Mondi. Made from Nordic fibers known for their strength and quality, sustainably sourced from renewable sources to ensure that material supply is truly renewable. Paper is made with 100% fresh fibers; it can be recycled at the end of its life almost everywhere. This stretch wrap paper has no coating on it.

3. Paper wrapping machines: The innovative paper wrapping systems are a game changer for those who want to switch to recyclable and renewable materials while transporting their products from point A to point B. They offer a renewable alternative to tertiary packaging and reduce the reliance on plastic. 
  • • For higher production outputs:  To be able to bring the paper wrapping solution to market and make it a reality for our customers, we have partnered with ACMI, the Italian machine producer that offers bottling and packaging solutions, to develop a highly performing wrapping machine for our paper.The machine due to its SCARA robotic technology designed by ACMI, replaces the existing film wrappers in the market without any issue, which is a concern of plant and operation managers.
  • • For small-to-medium production outputs: We collaborated with Austrian mechanical engineering company EW Technology to launch a machine for paper pallet wrapping that is more efficient and sustainable on small-to-medium production lines. The close collaboration led to the design of the innovative machine, which fills a gap Mondi identified in the paper wrapping market. Offering two settings, the machine can be fully automated to wrap up to 60 pallets every hour or semi-automated to wrap 10-15 pallets per hour.
A full reel of Advantage Stretch Wrap can be applied to the new machine without any need to re-wind. The larger dimensions of the Advantage Stretch Wrap reel mean that a replacement reel is only needed every 400-600 pallet compared to 40-80 pallets for plastic wrapping, providing a more efficient solution.
